Volume Guarantee : No Surprise Cubic Meters
If we conduct a video survey (or receive full video documentation of all items to be moved), your quoted volume is locked in. If we miscalculate, that’s on us.
Your price remains unchanged, even if the actual volume is higher.
ZERO-Margin Guarantee on unforeseen Logistic Costs
Despite our efforts to prevent additional charges, international shipping can involve events beyond anyone’s control - including inspections, quarantines, demurrage, or port storage.
If such unforeseeable costs arise:
- You receive the original supplier invoices
- You are billed strictly at cost
- RELOSHIP takes 0% margin
We never profit from problems.
On-Time Guarantee Or We Pay You
We are obsessed with punctuality.
If your complete customs file is submitted at least 30 days before packing, we guarantee on-time container loading.
If a loading delay of more than:
- 30 days (dedicated container)
- 45 days (VIP shared container)
occurs after packing due to RELOSHIP or an appointed partner, you will receive:
• 10% refund of your total quoted move value
PS : Force majeure events (pandemics, war, vessel loss, etc.) are excluded.
10-Day Insurance Claim Decision Guarantee
While we aim to prevent damage at all costs, zero risk does not exist.
Insurance claims in our industry often take months. Not at RELOSHIP.
Once your claim file is confirmed complete, you will receive a first formal claim decision within 10 business days. Guaranteed.
If not, we will pay you €300 (or equivalent) in addition to your claim outcome.
Service Continuity Guarantee - Never Left Hanging
If your assigned Customer Success Manager becomes unavailable, your file will be reassigned within 24 hours to a fully briefed Senior Relocation Manager.
Failure to do so results in: €100 compensation per missed handover.
Communication Guarantee
You will have access to your Customer Success Manager via live chat within 2 working hours for any update request (calls and email remain available).
If we fail to respond within this timeframe: €50 compensation per missed response window.
Freight Transparency Guarantee
If sea freight fluctuates between quotation and shipment:
- It is passed strictly at cost
- Full freight invoices are provided
- RELOSHIP takes 0% margin on fluctuations
ZERO-Margin Guarantee on estimated Costs
Any cost marked “estimated” on your quote page is outside our direct control.
It will always be:
- Justified by supplier invoice
- Refunded if lower
- Billed strictly at cost if higher
RELOSHIP takes 0% margin.
Early Bird Booking Guarantee
You can book flights, cruises, and trains 12+ months ahead. Why not your international move?
By validating your quotation, your operational logistics, transportation, customs handling, and moving costs are fixed for up to 18 months in advance.
If your plans change, you receive a full refund.
Trust shouldn’t be a given, it should be proven,
and RELOSHIP Unreasonable guarantees just do that and beyond.

Applicable & Transparent Conditions
Below are the conditions under which these guarantees apply. If you have any questions, please contact your appointed RELOSHIP representative.
“Volume Guarantee : No Surprise Cubic Meters”
Not applicable if:
- Packing is performed by the customer
- Items are added or omitted after the video survey
- No video survey was conducted
RELOSHIP may request one final verification survey within 45 days of the move. If discrepancies exist, the verification survey prevails.
“0-Margin Guarantee on unforeseen Logistic Costs”
No additional conditions. Applies strictly to the costs specified.
“On-Time Guarantee – Or We Pay You”
- Refund processed within 30 business days after delivery
- Full customs file must be provided at least 30 days prior to confirmed packing date. Always aim to provide your documentation early!
- Force majeure excluded
“10-Day Insurance Claim Decision Guarantee”
This guarantee becomes applicable once the claim file is officially acknowledged as complete. Incomplete submissions (including missing requested documents or information, unclear photos, wrong format) do not trigger the timeline.
Service Continuity & Communication Guarantees
- Not cumulative. If both events occur simultaneously, only one compensation will apply (the Communication Guarantee).
- This guarantee does not apply in the event of temporary live chat unavailability due to technical issues.
“Freight Transparency Guarantee”
No applicable conditions.
Supporting invoices are typically available 10–15 business days after departure. Any freight increase, if applicable, will generally be communicated prior to departure.
“0-Margin Guarantee on estimated Costs”
No additional conditions
“Early Bird Booking Guarantee”
- Applicable only to the related costs mentioned in the guarantee description above.
- Not applicable to costs already covered under other guarantees.
- Not applicable if the packing date is more than 18 months from confirmation.
